Would it be better to be a Limited Company or stay as a Sole Trader?
There are a pros and cons to being a company, one of the main advantages for a small business in the Isle of Man is tax efficiency for the owners.
Should I be VAT registered?
If your turnover is over £85,000 you have to be registered for VAT. However depending on your customers it may be beneficial to you to be registered anyway.
Should I have employees?
If you are an owner managed business, the owners should probably be employees of the company. We can talk you through it.
What accounting software is best for me?
There are a lot of accounting software options out there, we like Freeagent and Xero but we look to find the best solution for you.
How can you save us time?
You won't need to spend as much time doing your bookkeeping or your accounts. We help you to improve your processes and we use technology to help us both do this.
